RETURN

Motor Jeans want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items - without ever having used, within 14 days from the delivery date - and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products. You can not change the items purchased with other products. The terms and instructions on the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree. N. 21/2014, art.49, paragraph 4, are published in the "Terms and Conditions".Here following is a brief operational explanation, which does not replace the complete acceptance of what is reported in "Terms and Conditions of Sale".

 All products available on this Site are provided with a tag card.Please you to try the product without removing the tag, because we will not accept returned items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.

We urge you to take particular care to try the boss bought, because articles that present missing or damaged originals hanging labels, will be considered hopelessly depreciated and unsaleable and, therefore, with a value of zero euro.

Follow the instructions listed below to return the package and receive a refund as soon as possible.

Warning: Before you ship the product make sure you have the following requirements:

• All labels, fabric or pendants, are perfectly intact and, therefore, have not been removed from the product.
• Each garment to make it in the same condition in which you were originally sent and must be packed in an orderly manner Each garment made has not been worn and / or washed and / or ironed and / or treated in any way.
• The package containing the return must be physically delivered to the carrier within 10 days from the date of delivery (including holidays).
• The shipping costs, for the return, are at Your Load.

The package containing the return must be received in our warehouse within 15 days from the date of Your shipment. Therefore - in order to avoid that, Your own risk, is lost or accumulate a considerable delay - You can use the Post Office, but we suggest using a courier and insure the shipment.

• WARNING: the package containing the return travel at Your cost and Your own risk and, therefore, we can not be responsible for any loss, inadequate packaging damage, delay in delivery in our warehouses.
• WARNING: the return of an order must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery (including holidays).
• CAUTION: Even if only one of these conditions is not met, Motor Jeans will not accept your return and the package will be rejected or the articles will be returned at your expense.
• WARNING: for items purchased in the balance will always be possible to return, with the same limitations and the same manner described above.

Upon receipt of your package, Motor Jeans will verify that have been met all the conditions listed above, and if the procedure was successful, we will proceed to make your refund will be by credit on your credit card (if you paid by card credit) or bank transfer (if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery) or credit Paypal (if you paid by Paypal). You can choose to get a Voucher instead of a refund. However, if the above conditions, we will notify you have not been met and we will give you a chance to make you the head, to your address, at your expense.
